Question 1
If you do not charge any service fees, how do you make any money on my vacation?

Simple; we are paid by the suppliers. For example, if you book an all inclusive getaway with our company, that means that once you have completed your travel, we will get paid by the tour provider. Since our commission does not change the price of your trip, we can offer you the same great price that you would get on your own. The only difference is that you get our expert advice and planning assistance for free!

I really like to take control of my vacation, why should I book with you anyway?

Well, our services are not a 'one size fits all' offering. We take our time to get to know you and to get to know your needs so that we can customize your service. If all you want is someone to check on pricing for you and provide occasional advice, then we can do that. The bonus is that you get the satisfaction of knowing that you have supported a small business, all while ensuring that you still have access to an expert 'in case of emergency'.

I have no idea what I am doing, will you be able to help me with every detail?

The short answer is: Absolutely! Now, there are possible minor restrictions because if you book a part of your vacation through someone else or on your own, then we may be limited by how much help beyond expert advice that we can provide. Suppliers are careful to protect your vacation investment, so if you booked something through a third party (and not through us) they will want to talk to you and not us. That does not mean that we won't be there with non stop advice and assistance whenever we can! Every vacation is different and we pride ourselves in providing you with top-notch service.

I am planning my family's vacation, after I decide where we are going, what is my next step?

Your next step should always be to determine your budget! This is a huge step that people do not think about until their travel agent asks. By determining a budget (and sticking to it) you have already inadvertently made decisions about your vacation. Often times your budget will determine which resort you can stay at, what activities you can do while you are there, which flights you will take, and so much more. When you have 75 choices for a hotel at a destination, finding any means of narrowing it down will save you from information (and choice) overload!

Can booking through you actually save me money?

Yes it can! While we have the same access to booking engines as many of the larger travel "engines", by booking with us you get an actual person with valuable experience on the other end of the computer. We have discount history records and tons of knowledge about the little things that you can do to save money. If you are flexible, we can suggest times of the year that are cheaper, flight times that tend to be cheaper, vacation date ranges that may save on weekend and holiday rates, and much more. Same great vacation, much lower price tag!

Question 1
I have already booked my vacation directly with the supplier, can I transfer my booking to you so that you can help me plan.

As long as you have booked it in the last 30 days and you have not paid for your vacation in full, ABSOLUTELY! We actually get a lot of bookings from folks who booked their trip and realized that they may have gotten in over their heads. That's A-okay! We can transfer your booking so that we show as the package agent and then you have the same access to our planning assistance and expertise as if you have booked with us from the beginning!

Question 2
I have specific needs for my vacation, what happens if your agency doesn't work with a supplier that I need?

Well, that is simple enough, nine times out of ten we can sign up to work with that supplier. The more suppliers that we work with, the better for our business since it means that we can reach out to more clients. If you have a particular resort you want to stay at or a theme park you would like to visit, don't be shy about asking what we can do!
